Job Description

Architect to lead the design and implementation of our company's business systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP and a proven track record in ERP business transformations. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise architecture, business processes, and the ability to align technology solutions with business strategies

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain the SAP solution strategy, architecture, and integrations.
• Define and enforce SAP solution standards and procedures.
• Manage the SAP landscape, including enhancement, upgrade, and support activities.
• Conduct regular system audits to detect deviations from standards and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with other architects, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure product development is aligned with business requirements.
• Design and implement training programs for end-users.
• Manage and mitigate risks related to SAP solutions.
• Provide overall architecture management for enterprise applications, their integrations, and master data.
• Oversee master data management processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems.
• Ensure compliance with the latest industry regulations.
• Implement and manage P2P procurement processes to optimize purchasing and supply chain operations.
• Integrate Salesforce with SAP and other business systems to enhance customer relationship management and sales processes.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with SAP, including SAP S4/HANA.
• Proven experience in ERP business transformations.
• Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise architecture.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with P2P systems and processes (Coupa experience a plus)
• Experience in the hospitality or similar service industries.
• Knowledge of SAP integration mechanisms and clean core approach.
• Familiarity with data flow, storage, and functions within SAP systems.
