Great Clips is the world’s largest salon brand. Rose Clips LLC is an independent franchisee operating Great Clips salons in the Portland Oregon metro area for 25 years.

 
The Position:
Are you passionate about beauty, style, and leadership? We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Salon Manager to join our vibrant team at our Great Clips salon. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and creative environment. In the Assistant role you will support the Salon Manager in daily operations, recruiting, and handle administrative tasks. You will also develop your technical, administrative, and leadership skills, while participating in Great Clips University. 

Requirements:

• Oregon Cosmetology/Barber license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of hair care products and trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
