Do you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to help oversee day-to-day operations at apartment communities.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Property Manager with daily operations
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
• Conduct property tours and assist with leasing efforts
• Manage resident files, leasing paperwork, and rent collections
• Help organize community events and resident retention initiatives
• Maintain low delinquency and assist with move-outs and evictions
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Previous on-site property management experience required
• Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi)
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Dependable transportation and a can-do attitude
