Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Back of House team during daily operations.
• Prepare line-ups and position team members for optimal performance.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills.
• Ensure smooth and efficient Back of House operations.
• Monitor food quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with Front of House managers for cohesive operations.
• Manage catering orders and ensure proper inventory for shifts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven commitment to excellence and genuine care for others.
• Availability Monday-Saturday for full-time roles (40+ hours/week).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with team members and guests.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 or older with a strong background in food service preferred.
