Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional baking, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in both team-based and independent settings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience working in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently on solo projects.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage production timelines and effectively multitask .
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
• Experience with cake decorating, lamination, and proofing techniques.
• Chocolate work experience is a plus but willing to teach right candidate. 
• Must be available early mornings, Weekend and holiday availability is required.
• Must have NY Food Handlers Certification
