Duties

The Behavioral Specialist provides direct mentoring and modeling services to classroom staff on effective and responsive classroom management strategies to support the individual needs of children. Collaborates with supervisors to ensure ongoing professional opportunities for staff. Provides regular and ongoing feedback to staff. Utilizes a team approach to work

Requirements

A minimum of an AAS degree in early childhood and prior classroom experience required.
