Job Description
Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with our client in Minneapolis, MN.
We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support enhancements and functionality tied to checking accounts and cash access account systems. This role is focused on defining business and technical requirements for checking and pass-through account services. (Hybrid - 4 days onsite per week required)
Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the primary BSA across business units involved in cash access and checking account processes
+ Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable documentation for technical teams
+ Coordinate with multiple groups to ensure cohesive understanding and delivery
Must-Have Skills:
+ Experience with checking account and pass-through banking systems
+ Financial services background
+ Strong BSA core competencies
The base range for this contract position is $55.00 - $85.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
