Pay: $24.00–$30.00/hour (DOE)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Chemical Operator to support safe and efficient chemical production operations in Catoosa. The Chemical Operator is responsible for operating processing equipment, monitoring production conditions, and maintaining compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
What the Chemical Operator Will Be Doing
• Operate chemical processing equipment according to standard operating procedures
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and flow rates throughout production
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting
• Collect samples and perform basic testing as required
• Accurately record production data, batch information, and process readings
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality regulations
• Properly use PPE and comply with plant safety standards
• Communicate process or equipment issues to supervisors and maintenance
• Assist with housekeeping and maintaining a clean work environment
Required Qualifications for the Chemical Operator
• Experience in a manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environment
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous chemical plant or process operator experience
• Knowledge of hazardous materials handling
• Forklift or industrial equipment experience
• Familiarity with lockout/tagout and industrial safety systems
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
• Chemical manufacturing facility
• Exposure to chemicals, heat, noise, and industrial equipment
• Indoor and outdoor work environments
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and wear required PPE (including respirators if needed)
