We're Hiring! Cleaning Crew (Bilingual - Spanish)

Location: Arlington, VA 

Pay: $18- $20/hour

Type: Contract - to - Hire

Our client has an opening for 2 Cleaning Crew members  for their cleaning services company! We're looking for someone bilingual in Spanish/English who has strong organizational skills and a passion for maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• General cleaning: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas
• Trash removal and restocking supplies
• Following cleaning checklists and client preferences
• Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism

Requirements :

• Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone
• Must pass a background check
• Spanish-speaking preferred (Se prefiere que hable español)

Contract to Full-Time : Start as a 6-month contractor with the potential to move to a full-time role with benefits! Work a flexible schedule up to 40 hours per week!
