Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is currently hiring CNC Machine Operators for a well-established machine shop in Joplin, MO. This is a temp-to-hire role with long-term career potential. Upon permanent hire, employees gain access to top-tier insurance and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) . Pay starts at $16/hr for entry level and increases with experience. Candidates must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment .
