**Job Title: Service & Door Installation Technician!**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Service Technician who is passionate about growing into a leadership role. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of field experience, focusing more on service than installation. The role offers an opportunity for professional growth, and a supportive work environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install and service steel rolling doors, sectional doors, high-speed doors, and fire equipment, including dock levelers, edge-of-dock levelers, and lift platforms.
+ Work with dock seals, shelters, and loading dock accessories.
+ Handle hollow metal and aluminum frames and doors, along with door hardware such as exit devices, latches, closers, and locks.
+ Perform low-voltage electrical work, including control wiring and sensor troubleshooting.
+ Conduct minor masonry repairs, such as jamb patching and dock leveler pits.
+ Perform basic steelwork, including cutting, welding, painting, and cleaning.
+ Maintain accurate and detailed job notes, including materials used, time tracking, and customer concerns.
+ Operate man-lifts, ladders, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
+ Interact professionally and courteously with customers on job sites.
+ Use mobile phones, tablets, field service apps, and digital tools for job tracking and documentation.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum 2 years of field experience.
+ Knowledge of ADA and low-voltage electrical background for locks/hardware.
+ Ability to work across multiple trades within a single day.
+ Basic steelwork and welding skills.
+ Electrical experience.
+ Strong communication skills.
+ **CLEAN DRIVING RECORD!**
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $40.00/hr.
