Your Day. As a Courier, You Need To Know How To - Safely deliver interoffice mail between the Administrative and Billing Offices, and between all PHMG clinics
- Deliver other items needing to be dispersed on assigned days
- Pick up cash deposits during interoffice delivery days
- Deliver items to the post office during the interoffice delivery route on assigned days
- Deliver vaccines, tests, and supplies to clinics per SmartSheet requests
- Collaborate with Clinic Administrators to ensure clinics do not run out of supplies and transfer as needed
- Manage and orchestrate the collection and delivery of all donations for Hands of Hope, Interfaith Sanctuary, and the Humane Society
- Other duties as assigned
Your Experience. We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Idaho Driver's License with no restrictions
- Clean driving record
- Ability to bend, lift, and reach overhead
- Recommended vaccines to include annual Influenza, MMR, and Varicella
