Venture Together, Inc. is a private non-profit organization that provides support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We offer residential, day, community habilitation, respite and employment services, an equestrian program as well as an integrated summer camp.
Agency Requirements
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets the agency’s insurance company driving standards. Must successfully participate in Orientation and pass all required testing.

CREATIVE ARTS SPECIALIST
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in creative arts programing required. Must successfully participate in all required agency trainings. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Creative Arts Specialist is responsible for providing a creative and fun, therapeutic learning environment for Venture Together’s Day Program participants. The Creative Arts Specialist develops and implements both individualized and small group creative arts activities. The Creative Arts Specialist is responsible for maintaining all equipment and supplies and to assist with the scheduling of program participants.
The Creative Arts Specialist reports to the Day Program Director.
Salary Range: $18.50 – $21.50 per hour
Location: Stony Point, NY
Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Hours: 40 hours per week
