Responsibilities and Qualifications

Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with the client
Maintain records of client interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
7+ years’ experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast paced, demanding environment
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
