This is an in-person, event-based role where you’ll help bring nonprofit campaigns to life through community events, face-to-face outreach, and authentic engagement. No phone calls, no scripts — just meaningful conversations that make an impact.
We partner with leading nonprofit organizations, advocacy groups, and socially responsible brands to raise awareness, inspire action, and strengthen community support. Through live events and local outreach, our team builds genuine connections that help create lasting change.
As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll serve as the voice and face of the campaigns you represent, helping nonprofit partners reach new supporters and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit organizations at live community events and fundraisers
Engage with the public in a friendly and professional manner
Communicate the mission and impact of each nonprofit partner
Educate potential donors on ways to get involved and support their cause
Build relationships that encourage long-term engagement
Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure campaign success
No previous customer service or outreach experience is needed — we provide comprehensive paid training and one-on-one mentorship. We’re looking for people who bring enthusiasm, integrity, and a strong work ethic to every interaction.
