We are expanding our support team to include a Data Entry Clerk who will serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out through our online platforms. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every guest, whether they are asking about menu items, orders, or employment opportunities.
Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous, reliable, and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to support our team with various administrative tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and updating information in our databases, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, and helping maintain organized records. Your attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols will be essential in ensuring that all information is accurately processed and stored.
Key Responsibilities:Enter and update data accurately into databases and spreadsheets.
Verify data for errors and make necessary corrections.
Maintain organized records and perform regular data audits.
Ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies.
Assist in generating reports as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data needs.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in data entry is a plus.
Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
Good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus.
