What You'll Do:
As the Director of Finance, you will play a crucial role in Yona Solutions' financial success by overseeing and optimizing our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing financial strategies aligned with Yona Solutions' overall objectives.
- Providing valuable insights and recommendations to the executive team for informed decision-making.
- Forecasting financial performance, budgeting, and cash flow management to support business growth.
- Overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conducting regular financial analysis and interpreting data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Utilizing your ERP expertise (experience with NetSuite is a plus) to optimize financial processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and streamline financial operations.
- Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and providing financial insights for strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA qualification is preferred.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior financial management role,
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus, with the ability to leverage the platform for enhanced financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the finance team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards.
