We are seeking a Director of Security to lead our security initiatives and ensure the safety of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in risk management, cybersecurity, and physical security protocols.

📍 Norfolk, Virginia | Onsite | Fulltime, Direct Hire
💰 $100,000–$135,000 per year + Bonus | with Benefits | Relocation Offered
What You'll Do:
🎯 Lead all aspects of the casino's security operations by overseeing safety of guests, staff, and property, and ensuring full compliance with security SOPs and emergency protocols.
🛡️ Hire, train, and manage the security department, while developing team members through coaching, mentoring, and strong leadership.
🔍Coordinate with local police, fire, and medical agencies during incidents, approve reports, and manage investigations involving theft, emergencies, or rule violations
What We’re Looking For:
✅Minimum 5 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military, including managerial or supervisory roles within a large casino or gaming environment.
✅ Strong background in emergency response, incident handling, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
✅ Must be eligible to obtain and maintain any required security licenses or certifications.
