Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to support daily customer interactions and on-site service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with general questions and provide accurate information about services or programs.

• Greet and support customers during in-person interactions, events, or scheduled appointments.

• Help resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service activities.

• Assist with preparation and setup for on-site events or client initiatives.

• Ensure service areas remain clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred).
