We’re seeking Entry Level Nonprofit Event Assistants to join our mission-driven team . This is a full-time role with paid hands-on training , designed for individuals who are friendly, outgoing, and eager to learn .
No prior experience? No problem! We’ll provide the guidance, training, and mentorship you need to grow your career in nonprofit marketing and event management .
As a Nonprofit Event Assistant , you’ll be part of the team that executes fundraising events, community outreach campaigns, and promotional initiatives for nonprofit organizations.
You’ll represent nonprofit partners professionally, engage with the public, and help create meaningful experiences that drive donor engagement and community impact .
This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates interested in event coordination, marketing, and nonprofit work .
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing nonprofit events and fundraising campaigns
Represent nonprofit clients at community events, volunteer drives, and outreach initiatives
Engage with donors, supporters, and the public in a friendly and professional manner
Provide information about nonprofit campaigns and encourage participation
Support event setup, logistics, and teardown
Collaborate with team members to ensure events and campaigns run smoothly
Track engagement and provide feedback to improve future campaigns

Comfortable working in high-energy, face-to-face environments
Team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
No prior experience required – full paid training provided
