ETL/QA Tester

We are seeking an experienced QA Consultant with strong ETL testing expertise to join our team and support a critical Commissions project. This contract role is expected to run for approximately six months, with opportunities to make a significant impact on data quality and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform ETL testing and in-depth data validation across complex datasets.
Write and execute SQL queries to verify data transformations and ensure accuracy.
Develop, maintain, and execute test plans aligned with project requirements.
Document and track defects, collaborating with developers and business teams for resolution.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely releases
Required Skills & Experience:
Hands-on ETL testing experience, including end-to-end validation of data flows.
Strong proficiency in SQL for complex queries and analysis.
Experience with test planning, execution, and defect management tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
