Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our vibrant team. As an Events Assistant, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact events that reflect our clients' brand identities. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring each event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and organization of promotional events, brand activations, and product launches
Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, materials, and vendor communication
Support onsite event execution and provide assistance to event managers as needed
Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
Help with post-event reporting and feedback collection
Ensure brand consistency in all event-related activities
Manage inventory of promotional materials and event supplies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Energetic, proactive, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment
Basic understanding of marketing principles and event planning
Flexible and willing to travel or work evenings if needed for event execution
