You’ll be partnering with a global education and media company with over 20 years of experience delivering impactful leadership and professional development programs. As we continue to expand internationally, we’re building a team of forward-thinking coaches who value flexibility, autonomy, and growth .

Key Responsibilities

• Coach & Mentor : Guide professionals navigating career and leadership transitions through structured coaching conversations.
• Client Consultations : Conduct Zoom or phone-based strategy sessions to identify goals and create actionable growth plans.
• Digital Engagement : Use online platforms to connect with and engage aligned clients.
• Operate Independently : Manage your coaching practice within a proven mentorship framework.
• Continuous Growth : Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training.
