The Executive Travel Consultant orchestrates and delivers domestic and international travel for the Executive Management Group and Board of Directors, ensuring seamless, efficient, and anticipatory service for all their travel needs. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role goes beyond booking arrangements and shapes travel strategies, recommend best practices, ensures alignment with corporate policies, and proactively manages logistics in partnership with the assistants, hangar staff, and pilots. With deep expertise in global travel coordination, visa and regulatory requirements, and vendor management, the Executive Travel Consultant delivers flawless end-to-end travel experiences that balance efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness while proactively monitoring emerging travel trends and executive preferences.
This opportunity will be located at our Des Moines, IA office location, working in a more agile environment, offering some hybrid flexiblity. You’ll work with your leader to figure out the kind of schedule that will best align based on several factors.
