Job Description

Firmware & FPGA Engineer – High-Reliability Embedded Systems
Join a cutting-edge team building next-gen hardware-software systems for high-performance and mission-critical applications. We're looking for an experienced engineer to drive firmware development for custom electronics deployed in extreme environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop robust, production-grade firmware for custom hardware platforms
Collaborate cross-functionally from prototype to deployment
Own verification testing, documentation, and integration on FPGA/SoC systems
Implement signal processing and control logic
Validate communication across high-speed serial interfaces and embedded systems
Contribute to hardware debugging and design reviews
Follow and enhance internal development processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or 2+ years FPGA development experience
Proficiency in VHDL and Xilinx toolchains
Experience with high-speed interfaces (e.g., PCIe, GbE) and DSP algorithms
Skilled in embedded C/C++ development
Strong lab debugging skills using scopes, analyzers, and protocol tools
Familiarity with circuit schematics and digital design lifecycle (RTL to validation)
Experience with DSP platforms (e.g., RFSoC, AD9361)
Scripting in Python, Bash, or Perl
