Frank Productions, LLC is looking for Runners to join our team part-time in Madison, WI. Positions are open at The Sylvee, The Orpheum Theater, Majestic, and High Noon Saloon venues. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff and patrons; assisting the production team to execute the specific needs and requests of artists and crew; purchasing and delivering various products and materials from local spots; maintaining cash and receipts throughout the day; assisting in keeping the green room tidy and sanitized; ensuring backstage areas are clean and free of clutter; following company protocol as communicated by venue management; and all other duties as assigned. Requirements include applicable customer service skills, being 21 years or older for alcohol purchases and 25 or older for rental vehicles, having a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance, knowledge of city and surrounding areas, ability to work independently and solve problems, ability to learn and work within systems such as MS Office and other company software, effective communication skills, ability to handle difficult situations professionally, a professional and friendly demeanor, commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and passing a background check. Physical demands include standing and walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, crouching, kneeling, bending, reaching, exposure to large crowds, noise, lighting changes, occasional outdoor work, and extended work hours.
