Title: Full-Service Estimator/Project Manager

Pay: $65,000 – $75,000 per year

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Restoration/Construction Estimator & Project Manager to join our growing team. This role requires expertise in both estimating project scopes and managing them from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. We are a growing company and value team members who are flexible and able to wear many hats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits to assess damage and determine scope of work

• Create accurate and timely Xactimate estimates for insurance restoration and construction projects

• Coordinate with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle

• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation

• Oversee field crews, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality standards

• Order materials, manage change orders, and ensure job profitability

• Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams

• Close out projects with final inspections, customer sign-off, and documentation

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in construction or restoration project management/estimating

• Proficiency in Xactimate and restoration estimating practices

• Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial construction

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• IICRC certification and insurance claims experience is a plus
