We’re seeking a General Foreman or Site Superintendent with strong experience in site work for pharmaceutical, healthcare, or commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will come from a larger, well-structured contractor and bring a disciplined, safety-focused approach to managing crews, subcontractors, and schedules.
Key Details:
Work located within ~100 miles of Chalfont, PA
Travel currently around 50%, expected to decrease
Focus on earthwork, utilities, grading, and site infrastructure
Projects in regulated environments (pharma / healthcare) preferred
Ideal Background:
8+ years of site work experience with increasing leadership responsibility
Proven ability to manage field operations and maintain project quality and safety
Strong communication and coordination skills between field, office, and client
