Job Description

**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Responsibilities** + Operate at various stations throughout the battery line + Conduct quality checks on parts + Pack and prepare parts for shipment + Assemble and sub-assemble battery packs + Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the cell and facility **Essential Skills** + Production experience + Assembly skills + General labor proficiency + Ability to follow instructions and stay attentive + Capability to learn multiple stations in the manufacturing process + Ability to stand and remain active for shifts ranging from 8-12 hours + Comfortable performing assigned tasks, including moving materials and assisting in operations + Engagement throughout the entire shift + High school diploma or GED + Ability to quickly understand tasks and goals + Adherence to company policies, including leaving cell phones in lockers + Ability to lift or move 15-20 pounds at a time **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Auburn Hills, MI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
