Job Description

Join LaSalle Network as we help our healthcare client add a key player to their call center team! We’re hiring a Healthcare Call Center Representative for an onsite role in the heart of River North, supporting a dynamic 9-person department. With a start date as soon as this week, this is a great opportunity to build experience in healthcare administration while helping people navigate their insurance questions.

This team is organized, high-energy, and collaborative—and they need someone who can hit the ground running.

  • Compensation: $21/HR
  • Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision
  • Location: 12 E. Erie Street Chicago Illinois 60611 
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am – 4:30pm

Healthcare Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

  • Field incoming calls from patients and providers from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday

  • Help members with eligibility, claims, and benefits-related questions

  • Assist providers with policy information, including CPT codes and diagnosis details

Healthcare Call Center Representative Requirements:

  • Previous call center or healthcare-related customer service experience

  • Background in medical terminology or healthcare settings (hospitals, clinics, etc.) preferred

  • Familiarity with ISSI and Microsoft Dynamics is helpful, but not mandatory

  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

  • Must comply with onsite dress code and be ready for immediate onboarding
