Adecco has partnered with a client company hiring for an HR Assistant in Lancaster PA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Pay range $23-$25 an hour. Hours Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm.

Job Duties

  • Phone screening
  • Reference checks
  • Helping with unemployment
  • Maintains applicant files.
  • Versed with recruitment tools/systems.
  • Completes background screenings.
  • Assist with Maintaining Recruitment Systems, follows employment policy and procedures.
  • Attends staff meetings.
  • Other office duties, as needed.


Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
