Duties:- Develop and implement onboarding strategies to streamline the new hire process- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees- Coordinate training development programs for different departments- Manage employee relations during the onboarding phase- Utilize HRIS systems such as UltiPro and PeopleSoft for onboarding tasks- Conduct employee evaluations during the onboarding period
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field- Proven experience in onboarding processes and procedures- Strong knowledge of cold calling techniques for recruitment purposes- Familiarity with HRIS software such as UltiPro and PeopleSoft- Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
