Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers. You will also play a key role in helping build a strong employer brand and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles across the organization

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs and recruitment events

• Be open to supporting various administrative and office-related tasks as needed

• Be open to perform different office tasks as needed
