About the Role We are seeking a motivated and licensed Inside Sales Specialist to support a leading healthcare organization headquartered in Minnetonka, MN. This role plays a key part in driving Medicare membership growth by guiding prospects through the sales cycle and recommending products that best meet their needs. The ideal candidate is results-driven, customer-focused, and committed to compliance and quality service.
Job Description As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will:
- Engage with prospective members via inbound and outbound calls to understand their needs and recommend appropriate Medicare products.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for future members.
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM CST
Licensing Requirement: All candidates must hold an active Health Insurance License in good standing. Please include your National Producer Number (NPN) on your resume or candidate summary.
Qualifications Required Qualifications - Active Health Insurance License (in good standing)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1–3 years of experience in health plan sales, broker relations, or inside sales
- Availability to work 12:00–8:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in a contact center environment
- Strong understanding of compliance guidelines within the health insurance industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven sales and prospecting abilities
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and detail-focused
