A leading AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join its nationally recognized Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group . This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge clients and technologies across complex patent litigation matters, including PTAB/IPR proceedings, district court litigation, and ITC investigations.
Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in high-stakes patent disputes involving cutting-edge technologies.
Support all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, claim construction, trial, and appeal.
Participate in proceedings before the U.S. District Courts , the PTAB , and the ITC .
Analyze and evaluate complex technical issues with experts and internal teams.
Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice areas to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
Engage directly with clients to develop strategies for enforcement, defense, and resolution of patent disputes.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: Includes an expected salary range of $235,000 – $365,000 , commensurate with experience, bonus eligibility, and profit-sharing .
