Are you a driven litigator with a passion for patent law?
Our client, a top-tier AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking junior and mid-level Patent Litigation Associate Attorneys to join their nationally-recognized practice . This is an outstanding opportunity to work with an elite team on complex, high-stakes patent disputes in the technology and life sciences industries.
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction , or eligibility to sit for/waive into the next bar exam .
1–6 years of substantive patent litigation experience.
Degrees or experience in high-tech or life sciences fields are preferred , but not required. Candidates from a variety of fields and industries are encouraged to apply.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stakes litigation environment.
Handle all aspects of patent litigation, including pre-trial motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
Conduct in-depth legal research and draft briefs, motions, and memoranda.
Work closely with clients, technical experts, and senior attorneys to develop case strategy.
Participate in proceedings before federal courts and the Patent Office.
Engage in complex analysis of technical and scientific concepts related to patent disputes.

Competitive Compensation : includes a salary ranging from $235,000 to $390,000 (determined by experience and market factors), along with opportunities to earn a discretionary performance-based bonus.
