Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 per year

We are a subsidiary of a prominent global leader in construction and facilities services specializing in HVAC mechanical services. We offer comprehensive solutions for maintenance and repair, and upgrades mechanical, electrical, and control systems to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations that meet customer needs.

The primary duties include operating control software, developing databases, and identifying mechanical equipment on plans and in the field. Responsibilities also involve commissioning projects, understanding control circuits and networking principles, coordinating with electricians, and recognizing equipment deficiencies and contractual scopes of work.

Job Details

MUST HAVE:

4+ years of experience in the Building Automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC Controls space
Experience with one or more of the following BAS platforms: JCI, Delta, Andover, Schneider Electric, Trane, Automated Logic, Distech, or other
Knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems

NICE TO HAVE:

BS in a related field
BAS/BMS programming
BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus
Tridium Niagara
