• A licensed esthetician with hands-on experience in clinical treatments like chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, laser treatments and more

• Someone who’s excited to learn advanced services (we love leveling up!)

• A team player who’s professional, friendly and passionate about delivering results

• A beauty and wellness enthusiast who understands the power of long-term client relationships

• Bonus points if you know your way around Skinbetter, ZO, Alastin, Epicutis, Nutrafol - or are ready to fall in love with them

Ideal Esthetician Candidate

We’re looking for someone who brings more than just skincare expertise - you bring passion, personality and the Pure energy that sets us apart. Our dream esthetician is skilled, driven and genuinely loves helping people look and feel their best.

‍♀️ Skilled + Licensed

• Licensed Esthetician in Idaho (required)

• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in results-driven treatments like chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, laser treatments and more

• Confident in skin analysis, treatment planning and customizing regimens

• Comfortable recommending and using medical-grade skincare lines (Alastin, Skinbetter, ZO, etc.)

Lifelong Learner

• Excited about continued education and training

• Keeps up with skincare trends, tech, and industry best practices

• Open to feedback, coaching, and growth opportunities

Communicates Like a Pro

• Educates guests clearly and confidently on treatments, home care and outcomes

• Builds trust through consistency, honesty and a warm, welcoming demeanor

• Collaborates well with teammates and contributes to a positive environment
