Marketing Consultant (Tulsa, OK – Contract / Part-Time, On-Site Required)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Type: Contract / Part-Time
Schedule: 2–3 days on-site preferred
Compensation: Hourly or project-based, depending on experience

About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on marketing consultant to join us in Tulsa and work directly alongside ownership. You’ll help implement analytics, advertising, and email systems that drive growth and make data actionable. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving problems while teaching others how to use tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Audit and implement Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and UTM parameter tracking for campaigns
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking across Facebook, Instagram, and other ad platforms
• Refine and optimize Klaviyo email flows, segmentation, and campaign reporting
• Teach the team how to interpret data, create dashboards, and make performance-driven decisions
• Assist with local and national digital ad strategy and creative testing
• Ensure telemedicine marketing compliance in all digital activities
• Identify quick wins to increase conversion rates and reduce ad waste

What We’re Looking For

• Located in or near Tulsa, OK — able to collaborate in person a few days each week
• Strong experience with Google Analytics , Facebook/Instagram Ads , and Klaviyo or similar email platforms
• A teacher mindset — able to explain what you’re doing and why
• Excellent understanding of digital attribution and ROI analysis
• Experience in telemedicine(required), healthcare, or e-commerce
