Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Multimedia Video Editor & Motion Graphics Specialist to join our team. This role involves producing high-quality video content, animations, and visual assets for technical training and communication purposes. The ideal candidate has strong proficiency in video production, motion graphics, and multimedia tools, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit engaging video content for technical training and internal communications.
• Develop dynamic 2D and 3D motion graphics and animations to support visual storytelling.
• Operate and manage video equipment including cameras, lighting, and jibs.
• Collaborate with designers, producers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and deliverables.
• Apply best practices in color theory, composition, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other tools (Blender, Unreal Engine) to produce multimedia content.
• Ensure consistent quality across all media formats and platforms.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging tools in video production and animation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia design.
• Proven expertise in:
• Video Editing
• Motion Graphics & Animation
• Video Equipment Operation (e.g., Cameras, Lighting, Jibs)
• 3D Concepts (Modeling & Animation)
• Audio Recording & Editing
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and technical content creation.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

• Blackmagic Design ecosystem
• Aputure lighting system
• Unreal Engine
