Looking for an organized, proactive, and reliable individual to help manage the household over the summer. This is a hands-on personal assistant role designed to support a busy professional -- keeping things running smoothly at home, coordinating schedules, and handling the little details that make life easier. Responsibilities: Help plan and prepare meals or coordinate takeout/delivery Light tidying up, organizing, and home upkeep (not a cleaning service -- just staying on top of things) Grocery shopping, errands, and returns Managing household calendar, appointments, and reminders Light travel or logistics support (e.g. packing lists, trip prep, pet care coordination) Helping with household projects or small repairs (or scheduling pros who can) Occasional help with personal tasks, e.g. researching service providers or coordinating with contractors Providing a calm, can-do attitude that helps the household feel grounded and taken care of Ideal Candidate: Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Proactive -- sees what needs to be done and does it without micromanagement Good at juggling multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed Tech-savvy enough to manage shared calendars, grocery apps, and basic online ordering Comfortable around pets (especially a friendly English Lab!)
