Pharmacy Manager – Independent Pharmacy

Location: Iberia, MO 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, No Weekends; one consistent day off every other week

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Provide exceptional patient care, including medication counseling, MTM services, immunizations, and other clinical services.
• Lead, mentor, and support pharmacy staff to maintain a collaborative and patient-centered culture.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize therapy and improve patient health outcomes.
• Manage inventory, workflow, and pharmacy performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree.
• Current and unrestricted pharmacist license in Missouri.
• Prior management or leadership experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical knowledge, communication skills, and a passion for serving the community.
