Compensation Details:

$18.00 - $24.00 Per Hour (depending on experience)

Your Role

As a vital part of our team, you will:

• Support a team of skilled technicians in the field.
• Engage in hands-on tasks such as digging, climbing, and carrying heavy items.
• Assist our warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Learn to educate customers on plumbing issues while providing solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, showcasing professionalism and expertise.
• Communicate effectively with teammates both in the field and in the office.
• Be ready to lend a hand wherever needed.
• Uphold high standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A valid Driver’s License and a clean MVR.
• Experience in home services is a plus, but not required.
• A commitment to excellence and integrity in your work.
• A growth mindset and a desire to improve every day.
• The ability to hustle and thrive under pressure.
• A positive attitude and a true team player mentality.
• Dependability and consistency in all areas.

Physical Requirements

This role requires:

• Dexterity to operate hand and power tools.
• The ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Capability to walk, stand, climb, stoop, bend, kneel, and reach in all directions.
• Balance while working off the ground using ladders and scaffolds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Good vision and hearing to communicate effectively.
• Skills to read blueprints and specifications.
