As the Sales Manager, you will lead and motivate our sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience for our pre-owned vehicle customers. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the pre-owned sales department, develop effective sales strategies, and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient vehicle turnover. Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the pre-owned sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase volume and profitability
• Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and maximize profitability
• Maintain a strong presence on the showroom floor to provide support and guidance to sales consultants
• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered to all pre-owned vehicle buyers
• Collaborate with marketing and finance departments to promote pre-owned inventory and facilitate transactions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in pre-owned vehicle sales
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Understanding of automotive financing and inventory management
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
