Reporting to the Associate Director of Prospect Research, this role plays a vital part in identifying and evaluating donor prospects capable of contributing $5M+ to UF’s most ambitious initiatives. You will work with Advancement professionals and senior university leadership to deliver high-level research and strategic insights that shape principal gift cultivation and solicitation.

We are seeking someone who is research focused, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Assist with the creation and maintenance of new and current prospect profiles including reports on prospects currently rated at $5M+, or with identified capacity for future $5M+ gifts.

Research Data Management

  • Maintain integrity of the Ascend database by updating donor/prospect information (biographical, other degrees, relationships, contact information, funding interests etc.)
  • Support and facilitate updates in Ascend related to prospect management and relationship manager assignments of principal gift prospects.
