Internships At TikTok Aim To Provide Students With Hands-on Experience In Developing Fundamental Skills And Exploring Potential Career Paths. A Vibrant Blend Of Social Events And Enriching Development Workshops Will Be Available For You To Explore. Here, You Will Utilize Your Knowledge In Real-world Scenarios While Laying a Strong Foundation For Personal And Professional Growth. This Internship Program Runs For 12 Weeks Beginning In May/June 2025. Successful Candidates Must Be Able To Commit To One Of The Following Summer Internship Start Dates Below:

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to define product requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Conduct user research and analyze data to identify user needs and opportunities for product improvement.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user impact and business goals.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to iterate and optimize features.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to inform product strategy.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a graduation date between Dec. 2025-June 2026
- Experience or coursework in computer science, engineering, design, data science or similar fields.
Exposure to working on consumer facing product
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and designing user experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to build trusted relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience or projects in product management
- Experience in developing products from inception to launch.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $35- $35.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
