Responsibilities Project Intern:
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
This internship will be project based.

Job Responsibilities - Responsible for building the international short-video influencer marketing platform, establishing platform rules, formulating message delivery strategies, and improving influencer and advertisers response rates.
- Analyze the marketing needs of advertisers, build necessary product functions (such as payment, moderation, account and assets management), ensure campaign delivery satisfaction, and help advertisers grow and succeed.
- Collaborate closely with influencer and advertiser operation teams. Based on operational requirements and from a business perspective, develop or enhance backend capabilities including client management, order management, and anomaly monitoring to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program graduating in 2026/2027, with preference for majors in mathematics, statistics, analytics, economics, or computer science (with a strong mathematical focus).
- Available for a consecutive internship of at least 6 months, with a minimum commitment of 4 working days per week.
- Demonstrated strong logical thinking and data analysis capabilities, with the ability to synthesize, decompose, analyze, and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; able to drive projects with self-motivation and responsibility, and maintain a reliable and straightforward work approach.
- Active internet user with a penchant for critical thinking, passion and curiosity for products; prior internship experience in data analysis or strategic analysis is preferred.
Preferred Qualification - Proficient in English and Mandrian listening, speaking, reading and writing. Both English and Mandrian skill sets are required to support clients in APAC and to communicate with stakeholders.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $35- $55.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
