We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Assistant to support our production operations and ensure projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role plays a vital part in coordinating daily production activities, assisting teams, and maintaining seamless workflows across projects.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating and supporting daily production operations
Help prepare materials, schedules, and resources for ongoing projects
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Maintain organized records, documentation, and production-related data
Support quality control and ensure production processes run smoothly
Provide general administrative and operational assistance as needed
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Detail-oriented with a proactive and reliable work ethic
Comfortable working with production schedules and internal processes
