Job Description
Beloform is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support our communications team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the company’s public image by assisting in the development and implementation of PR strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer, an effective communicator, and a motivated team player.
Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of public relations campaigns and media outreach.
Draft and edit press releases, internal memos, newsletters, and other communication materials.
Maintain media contact databases and track coverage.
Assist in preparing presentations and promotional materials for public events and corporate announcements.
Coordinate interviews, press conferences, and speaking engagements.
Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR metrics.
Ensure messaging is consistent across all channels and aligns with brand identity.
Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in PR or communications (internships count).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with press release formats and public speaking preparation.
Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
