Are you ready to shape the future of snacking? Join us as a Quality and Food Safety Supervisor at our Rome, GA facility. In this on-site role, you’ll be responsible for leading food safety and quality initiatives that ensure our products meet the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and productive environment while supporting our production team during the night shift from 11:00 pm–7:00 am, Monday – Friday with flexibility dependent on business needs.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and quality-focused team, working closely with Corporate Quality and plant leadership. This role offers the opportunity to lead continuous improvement efforts, manage compliance programs, and support innovation—all while developing and training your team. The annual salary range is $78,300 – $102,795 which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
